The rules for using StyleCard AI

These terms are a standard starting point for the app and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Using StyleCard AI

StyleCard AI provides AI-generated style analysis and visual style cards for personal, informational, and entertainment use.
You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your location. The service is not intended for children under 13.
You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in method secure and for activity that happens through your account.

Upload a clear photo of yourself with your face visible. Avoid group photos, sunglasses, heavy filters, dark or blurry images, and photos where your face is covered.
You must have permission to upload any photo you provide. Do not upload someone else's face or image without their permission.
We may reject, remove, or decline to process uploads that do not meet these requirements or that appear unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or unrelated to the service.

AI-generated style analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, or subjective. It is not professional, medical, psychological, employment, financial, or legal advice.
Generated cards may not perfectly preserve your appearance, clothing, skin tone, hair, or proportions. Use your judgment before relying on any recommendation.
We may change prompts, models, templates, and generated card formats as the product improves.

The free teaser is provided before purchase where available. Paid packs unlock additional generated cards or features described at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Unless required by law, purchases for generated digital content are final once generation begins. Contact support@stylecard.tech if something fails or you believe a refund is warranted.

Do not use StyleCard AI to harass, impersonate, exploit, or make decisions about other people.
Do not attempt to bypass quotas, payment controls, authentication, storage limits, rate limits, or security controls.
Do not upload illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

You keep your rights in photos and information you upload. You give us permission to process that content so we can operate, secure, and improve StyleCard AI.
Subject to these terms and third-party platform rules, you may use your generated cards for personal use and sharing.
StyleCard AI, including the app, templates, prompts, branding, and service design, remains owned by us or our licensors.

We may modify, suspend, or stop parts of the service, including experimental features, at any time.
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app or another appropriate channel.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect results, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, StyleCard AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
