How StyleCard AI handles your photos and data

This page is a practical summary for StyleCard AI users. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified privacy or legal professional.

Information we collect

Photos you upload, including photos that may contain your face, hair, skin tone, clothing, and body proportions.
Style quiz answers such as occasion, style preference, age range, gender presentation, climate, makeup comfort, and hair openness.
Account information, including your email address when you sign in, plus billing identifiers from Stripe if you purchase a paid pack.
Basic technical information such as device, browser, IP-derived request data, and app events used to operate, protect, and improve the service.

We use uploaded photos and quiz answers to check photo quality, create your style analysis, generate style cards, and show your saved results.
We use your email for sign-in, account access, receipts or billing flows, and card-ready notifications when enabled.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to debug reliability, improve prompts, measure conversion, and prevent abuse.

StyleCard AI is designed for photos of you. Our upload flow may reject images where no face is clearly visible, where multiple people appear, or where sunglasses, heavy filters, blur, darkness, or face coverings make the analysis unreliable.
We send uploaded photos and related prompts to AI service providers only to provide the requested photo quality check, style analysis, card generation, and related product features.
We do not use your uploaded photos to identify you outside the app, and we do not sell your uploaded photos.

Uploaded photos are scheduled to be deleted after 14 days. Generated cards and style profiles may remain available in your account unless you delete them or delete your account.
If you delete your account, we mark your sessions and uploads for deletion and remove access to your account. Some limited records may remain where required for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Rejected uploads may be removed immediately when a quality check fails.

If you use a public share link, anyone with that link may view the shared card. Do not share a card if you want it to stay private.
We share information with service providers that help us run StyleCard AI, including hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, AI processing, email, and payments. These providers process information for us under their own security and privacy commitments.

You can choose not to upload a photo, but the app cannot create a personalized style card without one.
You can delete individual sessions where the app provides that option, delete your account from the account page, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export where applicable.
You can manage marketing or notification preferences by following unsubscribe instructions when available or contacting us.

StyleCard AI is not intended for children under 13. Do not upload photos of children or use the service if you are not old enough to consent to these terms in your location.
